ABOUT THE DISTRICT

Belleview Station Metropolitan District Nos. 1 & 2 are located at the northwest quadrant of Belleview and Quebec, west to Monaco and north to Union. The Districts also include future land for development northwest of Union and I-25.

 

The Districts were designated as mixed-use to include both commercial and residential portions.

 

The entities will be responsible for coordinating the financing and construction of all public services and improvements, including streets, medians and alleys; traffic safety and signals; water, sewer and storm drainage facilities; and park and recreation facilities throughout the Development.
